The cost:
  • $150.00 per page for the website designing. There is no (within reason) limit to the amount of material that you can put on each page. For large sites I can arrange a lower cost per page.
There are two other standard costs.
  • Domain name registration (the www thing.) This is $72.00 per year. The monies go to a central national registry. This ensures that nobody else can use your chosen name. Just like individual car number plates.
  • Site hosting. Here, the site lives on a commercial computer that runs 24/7. Your site is therefore available to anyone at any time. Prices from $200.00 per year. If your site attracts a lot of traffic (good news) you may have to increase the quota of web space that you have available.
Note:
  • You do not have to accept the site at its completion unless you are completely satisfied.
  • I will update the site as you need. Generally there is no charge for minor updates.
  • There are no hidden monthly charges.
  • You are the owner of the site.
